My wife and I went to Eddie V’s for our anniversary, it was a last minute decision in which we made reservations for 8:00. When we got there we were greeted by the hostess who asked if we would like to sit at Alex’s table. We were not sure what was but said yes. To our surprise it was much like a chefs table, right there on the cook line and at the oyster station. Lots of action to watch. The next surprise was a hand written card for my wife and I anniversary. The thing is I did not tell anyone it was our anniversary so it was so nice they knew. And this just the beginning. Next came the rose peddles and a single beautiful red rose for my wife. Alex started us off with and order of six oysters, but he gave us 8, two of each kind, they had four types. It was a pleasure to talk to Alex and hear some of his stories. Alex is awesome. Next, bring in Maria, our server. I can’t say enough good things about her. With out our knowing, she did her part to keep our cost in check. We had the red snapper special. She took it upon herself to have the meal split in two. It was the perfect portion, the same happened with our drinks, and no they were not weak. We bought a bottle of wine, which every glass was poured by them. The service was off the chart. Then at the end of the night after the dessert gifted by Maria, we had a good chat with the Manager Mike that capped the night. In the end the bill was 100 less than we planned for so Maria and Alex were nicely taken care of. We enjoyed the night very much. Thank you Eddie V’s entire team that made this night memorable and a guarantee that we will come back. Memories
Great atmosphere,excepcional service and exquisite food. Here we had Chilean Sea Bass, Crab Rice and Mustard with Whiskey Salmon. Dessert Pineapple Upside down with ice cream and whip cream.
Eddie Vs is the place to go to see and be seen on a special occasion, as the service will be perfect every time. My fiance and I went out for a Saturday night date and picked the twin lobster tails, wedge salads, and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was delightful. So glad to see a variety of wines both near and far, the highlight was seeing the Far Niente dessert wine, a favorite. Be prepared to pull out your wallet at the end but you'll agree that it's worth the cost to dine here.
This is the perfect restaurant for a date night. The service is always great and the food is absolutely delicious. The sea food and steak options are both excellent choices. We always order the East Coast oysters and the wedge BLT salad to start. Their ribeyes or filets are perfect for dinner and the bananas foster butter cake is a MUST for dessert! They also have some tasty cocktails such as The Hope Diamond and Java Jewel. It’s a 10/10 experience every time we go!
Came out last night I’m happy to leave this review for my review followers! I don’t typically give 5 stars I’m a very critical food person but I can say this food was pretty good served by Keith who didn’t miss a beat. We had the seafood tower, redfish, and steak medallions over potatoes still. blackened red fish had lots of flavor steak was heavy salted potatoes gratin was fire. The mashed potatoes on plate were lumpy. Not sure it was worth it gotta try again without the sub par sea food tower... hospitality here is above and beyond
The food was VERY good. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection, tender, juicy! You have to be there to experience it! It’s 22 oz so it’s perfect for sharing between 2 people, maybe 3. My husband and I shared it and we could not finish it, we had to take it home. We got the calamari and lump crab cake and it’s safe to say the calamari won hands down (I’m bias and I don’t like crab cake). But my husband really liked the crab cake. After almost destroying that calamari, we dug into the steak which put us in a coma and then we ordered dessert. The Belgium chocolate cake was warm and the ice cream paired so beautifully, it was heaven in my mouth. And the banana Forster butter cake almost put my husband out, it was so delicious, sweet, it was amazing. The waitress that took our order was so kind, knew the menu, was very attentive, and was very good at her job. One of the best waitresses we’ve ever had. 10/10 we will most likely be back.
We really enjoyed our dinner here. Food was fantastic. The wait time is a little crazy if you don’t make reservations. So we had to eat at the bar always saw some open tables so that kind of made us a little upset but worth the wait for sure
Steve wanted steak and I wanted lobster and i found EddieV’s online (had never heard of it) and made reservations. This was the best anniversary dining experience we have ever had in 58 years of marriage! We were greeted with rose petals and card on our table! Next was complimentary champagne and smoked salmon appetizers sample. The food was a 10 star dinner. Our server, Allison was absolutely amazing! She also surprised us with a complimentary desert. We will definitely be going back!!!
